Will my CWA Summit registration be refunded?
Just as you may be asking your members to support you, we would ask that you support us and stay on board with your membership and your Summit registration. Your registration will automatically carry over for next year at this year’s rate, protecting you from any price increases.
Will pre-conference workshop registrations be refunded?
Similarly to your conference registration, pre-conference workshop fees will be automatically applied as a credit for the 2021 event.
How do I request a refund?
If you need a refund, please email

Hotels & Travel
How do I cancel my conference hotel reservation?
Embassy Suites has agreed to cancel all reservations with no fees. We have done this automatically for you and you should receive an email notifying you of the cancellation shortly. This will apply to all reservations made through the link provided on our website. If you have any questions the best number to call for customer service is (970) 593-6200. If you booked another hotel or accommodation, check with them directly about your options.
How do I cancel my travel arrangements?
Many airlines are currently offering flexible change and cancellation policies. Please check with your airline directly regarding their policies.
Will the 2020 CWA Summit be rescheduled?
At this time, we are not planning to postpone or reschedule the CWA Summit. We are focusing our attention on ways to support the indoor climbing industry through this crisis. We will look forward to planning the 2021 CWA Summit, May 12-14 in Loveland, Colorado.
Will the CWA Member Meetings still happen in the fall?
We will continue to monitor the situation in order to make the best decision possible about any future industry events. As the situation unfolds, we will keep you updated.
What is the CWA doing to support the industry through the COVID-19 pandemic?
We are shifting our efforts to find ways to support the indoor climbing industry through this crisis. In the coming weeks and months, we will be creating opportunities for you to learn about COVID-19 and how to manage its impact on your business.
